Advantages of PET Twist Film over PVC Twist Film:
1. As a food packaging solution, PET twist film fully complies with national health standards and boasts US FDA certification.
2. The twisting efficiency of PET twist film is excellent, preventing rebound, and achieves the twisting proficiency of PVC twist film.
3. Featuring high twisting strength and exceptional stiffness, PET twist film can reach a remarkable packaging speed of over 1800 pieces per minute on automated candy packaging machines, enhancing the productivity of packaging equipment by over 30%. In comparison, even the best PVC twist film caps at 800 pieces per minute and is susceptible to film twist.
4. With its superior twisting strength and stiffness, PET twist film can be produced in thicknesses of 23μm and 19μm, while its material density remains slightly lower than PVC twist films, significantly improving material utilization. PVC twist films require a minimum thickness of 28μm to achieve the necessary strength and stiffness for aluminum plating, printing, and twisting requirements.
