In comparison to PVC twist film, PET twist film comes with significant advantages:

2. The twist performance of PET twist film is exemplary, with no rebound, matching the twist level of PVC twist films seamlessly.

Offering high twisting strength and stiffness, PET twist film enables packaging speed to exceed 1800 pieces per minute on automatic candy packaging machines, boosting productivity by over 30% compared to the best PVC twist films, which manage only 800 pieces per minute and are prone to twisting issues.
4. With high twisting strength and stiffness, PET twist film's thickness options of 23μm and 19μm, coupled with a slightly lower material density than PVC, significantly enhance material utilization.
