Compared to PVC twist film, PET twist film offers several superior advantages:
1. As food packaging, PET twist film fully complies with national health standards and is proudly certified by the US FDA (Food and Drug Administration).
2. The twisting capabilities of PET twist film are remarkable, maintaining twist without rebound, surpassing even the twisting level of PVC twist film.
3. With superior twisting strength and stiffness, PET twist film enables packaging speeds over 1800 pieces per minute on automatic candy packaging machines, boosting equipment productivity by over 30%. Comparatively, top-tier PVC twist film only manages 800 pieces per minute and often struggles with film twist.
4. Thanks to the robust twisting strength and stiffness of PET twist film, the film thickness is as thin as 23μm or 19μm, with a material density lower than PVC twist film, enhancing material utilization significantly.
