1. As food packaging, PET twist film adheres to national health standards and boasts certification from the US FDA (Food and Drug Administration).
2. PET twist film demonstrates impressive twisting performance, maintaining shape without rebound, thus matching the twisting level of PVC twist film.
3. With high twisting strength and excellent stiffness, PET twist film achieves packaging speeds exceeding 1800 pieces per minute on automatic candy packaging machines, enhancing candy packaging equipment productivity by over 30%. In contrast, the best PVC twist film only reaches 800 pieces per minute and often experiences film twisting issues.
4. Thanks to its superior twisting strength and stiffness, PET twist film can maintain a thickness of 23μm or 19μm, with material density slightly lower than that of PVC twist film, significantly boosting material utilization.
