When comparing PET twist film to PVC twist film, PET offers several outstanding advantages:
1. As a food packaging material, PET twist film meets all national health standards and boasts certification from the US FDA (Food and Drug Administration).
2. PET twist film delivers superior twisting performance, maintaining its shape without rebound, fully rivaling the twist level achieved by PVC twist film.

With its high twisting strength and excellent stiffness, PET twist film enables packaging speeds exceeding 1800 pieces per minute on automatic candy packaging machines, significantly boosting productivity by over 30%. In contrast, even the finest PVC twist films reach only 800 pieces per minute and often encounter film twisting issues.

Thanks to its high twisting strength and stiffness, PET twist film is available in thicknesses of 23μm and 19μm, with a slightly lower material density than PVC twist film, greatly enhancing material utilization.
