Compared with the conventional PVC twist film, PET twist film offers these compelling advantages:
1. As a food packaging option, PET twist film strictly adheres to national health standards and proudly carries the certification from the US FDA (Food and Drug Administration).
2. The twisting performance of PET twisted film is exceptional, ensuring no rebound while matching the twisting capability of PVC twisted film.
3. PET twist film is engineered for high twisting strength and superior stiffness, enabling a remarkable packaging speed exceeding 1800 pieces per minute on automated candy packaging machines without film twist. This innovation boosts candy packaging equipment productivity by over 30%, while even the finest PVC twist film caps at 800 pieces per minute, with a tendency to twist.

Thanks to the high twisting strength and stiffness, the PET twist film thickness can be as fine as 23μm or 19μm, with a material density slightly below that of PVC twist film, significantly enhancing material utilization. Contrarily, PVC twist film requires a thickness above 28μm to achieve requisite strength and stiffness for aluminum plating, printing, and twisting.
